All current Alabama Chapter Fellows-in-Training, Residents, and Medical Students are invited to submit their abstract in one of three categories: 1. Research (Basic or Clinical) 2. Case Report 3. Quality Improvement Overview
Guidelines Encore abstracts/posters will be accepted - authors may present recent data or information that has been presented previously at a local or national meeting. Please note, if you submit multiple abstracts as first author, and more than one makes it to top 5 of a category, they will have to choose and limit to one presentation. You are permitted to present up to 1 in each category at the 2026 Winter Conference. Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the primary or secondary author to be present at the 2026 ALACC Winter Conference on January 31, 2026, at Ross Bridge Resort in Birmingham, Alabama. Presenters must register for the 2026 ALACC Winter Conference (Fellows-in-Training, Residents, and Medical Students have complimentary registration fees) and be members of the AL Chapter, American College of Cardiology.
